Monti Alburni: da Postiglione sul Monte del Chiodo
Oggi escursione molto impegnativa sulla cima del monte del Chiodo nella catena degli Alburni. Splendida giornata di inizio dicembre, 5° alle 7:30 del mattino a 770 m di altitudine, a Postiglione da dove è iniziata l’avventura di: Roberto, Rosa, Elisabetta, Alfonso Giacomo, Angelo e Mimmo (sono io). Sì, bellissima giornata, cielo terso, poche nuvole ma nei giorni scorsi ha piovuto e anche tanto. Un’ascesa di 850 metri in 4 km di percorso su sentieri franosi, scivolosi, con foglie secche bagnate, con pietre, superando ferrate, attraversando canaloni in ascesa e discesa. Davvero impegnativo per tutti. L’obiettivo, la cima del monte del Chiodo, tra il monte Pizzuto e il monte del Porco, lo abbiamo raggiunto. Bellissima giornata con colori stupendi sugli splendidi monti Alburni. Nonostante le difficoltà sono state scattate molte foto ed è stato girato qualche breve video. Una giornata che non dimenticherò per l’impegno fisico che ho dovuto profondere. Sicuramente una giornata tra quelle in cui il dispendio calorico da sport è stato maggiore: nelle 7h30m di escursione ho speso 3600 kcal da sport. Normalmente durante un’escursione di 5-6 ore consumo tra 1200 e 1800 kcal da sport. Sono abbastanza allenato e in questo momento, non avverto particolare stanchezza né affaticamento muscolare ma lo sforzo è stato notevole. Ringrazio i miei amici che, partecipando, hanno permesso questa escursione. Spero di non aver procurato loro uno stress troppo grande

Anello: Abbazia Cava - Cappella Vecchia - Sorgente del Cesare - Albori - Iaconti
Oggi tour bellissimo di 11 Km sui monti Lattari con spendide "cartoline" della Costiera Amalfitana. Partenza alle 7:30 dall'Abbazia di Cava de' Tirreni dove inizia il sentiero CAI 300 alta via dei monti Lattari. Oggi con @Aannunzi , @Alfonso Tagliamonte , @Renato Valente , @Mario Vitolo , Giacomo, @Reborn abbiamo attraversato i boschi fino al Cappella Vecchia dove il panorama sulla costiera è davvero notevole. Un concerto di colori bellissimi con contrasti tra cielo, nuvole (poche), alberi, macchia mediterranea, mare, roccia, terra. Tutto perfetto, temperatura tra i 16° e i 23°, poco vento. Siamo poi scesi alla Sella del M.Falerio e ci siamo diretti verso Albori passando per la Sorgente del Cesare, quindi siamo ritornati all'Abbazia di Cava.
