Easy walk today to the Solicitors to hand in the signed contract for our second house, the first went in last week.
We’re really close now to exchanging contracts and well technically be homeless.
Our new place will take a while to sort out and we’ve managed to blag a friends flat in Alnwick for a couple of months, mates rates apply.
It’s a lovely day at the minute in Newcastle and we’re off to Arnside for a week later today.
I’m hoping to finish the Bay cycleway as I couldn’t finish it last time due to the catastrophic tyre failure. I’ve only 37 miles to do so I’m looking forward to that.
