Getting over a horrid 🤮 bug that reared its head Tuesday, popped to broom just for a change of scenery, way I wanted to go was closed off down the river so just headed to Lanchester and back....was enough to spin the legs and get some air and some views...feeling 90%....oh and the bike worked....
