Etwas holpriger Start, weil derzeit in Altenhundem eine Umleitung gefahren werden muss. Überwiegend asphaltierte Strecke, viel alte Bahntrassen, aber teilweise auch über die Bundesstraße. Nette Runde, viele Rastmöglichkeiten. Das Café in Bremke ist gut und hat eine E-Bike - Ladestation.
