Von Attendorn zunächst nach Finnentrop, dort dann auf den Sauerlandradring, einen Radweg, der häufig auf alten Bahntrassen verläuft. Unterwegs ein paar Abstecher in Orte wie Eslohe, Bad Fredeburg oder Schmallenberg. Bei Grevenbrück dann den Sauerlandring verlassen und durch das Repetal zurück nach Attendorn.
