Ivm code rood wekker om 5 uur gezet, zodat ik voor de hitte wat kon doen. Planning was interval ( 4 x 800 m met 90 secs rust) met wandel pauzes maar kreeg steeds na elke kilometer de ronde tijd, dus liep beetje door elkaar. Ach ja, nadat ik klaar was dan maar rustig doorgelopen tot in totaal 6 km.

Update mbt suunto: geweldige batterijduur. Toen ik deze zondag uit de doos haalde was hij 63% vol. Vandaag na de training en wandeling zit ik nog steeds op 16% en heb hem toch regelmatig gebruikt afgelopen week.

- 6 x ( :15 on/:15 off) KB (16 kg) snatch
- 200 m run
4 x (800 m run - 90 secs walk)***
Run till 6 km total distance (about 1.5 km)

*** because of autolap I missed some start or rest times. Last run should be 1 km but due to the autolaps I ran till 6 km total
