This bike tour starts at the Henningsdorf S-Bahn station, which is served by the S25 S-Bahn line every 20 minutes. You cycle out of the city from the train station. You drive through a small piece of forest until you reach the vast fields of Brandenburg. An excellent bike path runs parallel to the little-used road. The tour is therefore also suitable for sporty children. You pass the towns of Marwitz and Eichstädt and finally reach the Schwanteland picking field. Here you can snack and pick until the panniers are full. On the way back it goes through the quiet Krämer forest, where you can still stop in the cozy forest house. Then it goes on forest roads and across wide fields back to the Henningsdorf S-Bahn station. Here the S25 drives you back home. At the weekend you can easily find a place for you and your bike in the S-Bahn. During the week, you should better avoid the peak times, because then it can get tight. All information about the Schwanteland strawberry field can be found at sl-gartenbau.de/erdbeeren/erdbeeren-einfach-super-lecker.html.
