Nach einem sehr guten Frühstück gab es anfangs etwas Regen, danach wurde das Wetter besser. Hinter Metz war die D4 stark befahren, nach ca. 15 km bogen wir ab auf eine ehemalige Bahntrasse und danach ging es über Nebenstraßen an die Saar.
