Auf den letzten 30 km wird die Etappe richtig großartig. Der Aufstieg zur Lahnquelle, die Höhenstraße durchs Gebirge mit den wunderbaren Weitsichten ins Sauerland und die Waldabfahrt nach Siegen sind einfach perfekt.

Das Lahntal insgesamt enttäuschte. Schnellstraßen, Neubaugebiete, Bad Laasphe mit totem Ortszentrum.
