Un bel percorso per fare km e un po' di dislivello, quasi sempre all'ombra.
Sentiero segnalato benissimo (soprattutto la salita al Monte Lieto).
Per il rientro consiglio di arrivare a Mulina o la salita di rientro a Pomezzana è tutta su strada carrabile.
