In the middle of the partly strictly protected biosphere reserve in the Rhön there is a really great and above all legal mountain bike tour, which comes up with a superlative. Because it contains the longest flow trail in Bavaria, which keeps its promises. The Supertrail Kreuzberg is probably the longest of its kind north of the Alps. And that's not all. Also, the Flow Trail Kreuzberg - a section on this tour - is quite unique and will inspire you. Take five to six hours and fight this mega ride with almost ten kilometers downhill in one go.Three quarters of the route consists only of trails. Your smile at this feeling you will not be able to lay it off for days. What can a biker's heart ask for more? On to Kreuzberg in Bavaria and have fun!

We did the so-called Flowtrail and were pretty disappointed. The trail share is far not at the indicated about 30km. There were quite a lot of forest highways.
The landscape was beautiful and the Kreuzberg a nice rest stop.
The starting point we also found unfortunate. At the end you have quite a lot of tar road. The last piece of Terstrasse could certainly be bypassed by more beautiful paths above the valley.

CAUTION: At km 14.2, a meadow is crossed (just before crossing a street) here is a strained STACHELDRAHT! Would be almost crazy ... But can easily be avoided. Is probably now an animal pasture.
    Otherwise very nice tour :-)

Attention! At kilometer 15 someone had pulled a barbed wire over the way that catapulted me from the wheel. The result: a broken arm and an abrupt end to the tour.
That was on the track that goes across the meadow. I traced the track, but I do not know if that is an official way. So: drive carefully!
Can anyone tell me if the track is entirely official?
