Start of the long weekend. Quickly back up the Cottaer Spitzberg, checked out the Atonement Crosses and observed a Long-eared Owl (or was it a Eagle Owl?). It was nice and quiet in the evening sun after the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Some May Day bonfires were burning in the vicinity.
