On the northern edge of the Sauerland-Rothaargebirge Nature Park lies the idyllic Hennesee, one of several reservoirs in the Sauerland.
A leisure paradise for swimming, stand-up paddling, boat tours, bike tours around the lake, the Henne-Boulevard to the Himmelstreppe up to the dam and the H1 restaurant.
