Because I had an appointment in Zurich anyway, I combined that with a short hike on the Uetliberg.
Very nice hiking trail, partly icy though (lots of fun for joggers downhill!). Always beautiful prospects. When the temperature is just below 0 °, only a few hikers, only from the Uetliberg train station then increasing migration of peoples.

From Triemli we walked up to Uetliberg. Short steep sections, easy to do, interesting nature. Wonderful view at the summit 🤩. We took the Uetlibahn back to Zurich HB, and from there we continued our wonderful day 🌞 🥾 🛳 ☕️️ 🥘🤩🤩

The full moon night 🌝. The path I took today, from Uetliberg Station, via Hohenstein, and then down the other side, really shows that the Uetliberg is a dangerous, often steep area. In the past, people unfamiliar with the area have gotten into real trouble and I think even had to be rescued by helicopter 🚁.
