Every Saturday at 9:00 a.m. throughout the year, there is a 5 km run, jog or march with time measurement. The route consists of one 5 km loop led entirely along the forest paths of the Municipal Forest. The start and finish are located at the forest car park next to the Fr. Popiełuszko roundabout. The route consists of 2 long and flat straights along wide forest paths, 1 section of about 700 m sandy, but straight and firmly packed with two small and short climbs and a few turns, and the route will be well marked and secured. The route is also easy for parents with strollers with children.
