S'Amarador Beach

Highlight • Beach

Beautiful beach bay. 2 deckchairs with umbrella for EUR 15.50. Small kiosk. You have to walk, but not overcrowded. Worth especially in bad weather and wind: great surf and you have the experience for yourself.

It wasn't easy to find access to the parking lot. Some roads were closed, but the small coves and beautiful, easy hiking trails made up for it!

Super nice there. There are 5 small rounds. We did 1 - 4. Then we were thirsty 🫣 were at Cala Mondrago, but only ordered drinks there. We were approached very rudely and told that we should also eat something. Only drinks at the self-service bar. But there are no tables there 🤷🏻‍♀️

Small fine hike on Monday morning.

Well-visited bays 😳 beautifully located, maybe you have the opportunity to be alone early in the morning, but usually not.

From about 9 a.m. the parking lot costs 6€! 🚗💰If you come early and after the hike and a short cool down, you pay with a smile 😉🤩❤️👙🇪🇸☀️.

Today we were in the nature park looking for 🐢turtles. We didn't find a single one on the 4 different paths 😢. But we were rewarded with a super clear view and several caves in the water at Schnochel. That was very impressive 😍!!
The parking lot cost €6 for the whole day.

Several nice swimming and snorkelling spots. The bus stops at the park entrance.
A few extra tips:
The excursion to scualo.com (a diving center) that offers a guided boat / water cave tour was also great. Starting point Porto Christo. I have already been to many caves but swimming in diving suits and climbing them with a helmet lamp and …

🥰The Mondragó Natural Park is located in the south of Mallorca in the municipality of Santanyí and covers 766 hectares of land, of which only 95 hectares are publicly owned. Its agricultural and livestock use over many centuries has shaped the arid natural landscape, through whose scrubland four nature trails now wind. These lead visitors to breathtaking viewpoints, extensive wetlands, …

In the afternoon, I went for a short hike in the Mondragó Natural Park. The temperature had already reached 19°C, so I headed down a dirt track directly to the beach. It wasn't long before I spotted the first white and pink pyramidal orchids 🥰. It was simply amazing to see these beautiful orchids growing in a meadow. Then, on …
