After heavy rainfall, the park is sometimes flooded. It is a reservoir of water from the swollen Biała River. The ducks visible in the photos are swimming in puddles left by the receding water.
I recommend visiting the park after heavy rains. It then reveals a different face. The alleys look as if they were located on water, birds swim everywhere. A maze is created in which you have to find paths that you can drive through or walk on dry feet.

Church of the Resurrection, Białystok

Highlight • Religious Site

The Church of the Resurrection of Christ in Białystok is a relatively new, but important for the local Orthodox community, church, built in the Leśna Dolina housing estate. Built in the 1990s, its architecture refers to the traditions of Old Russian and Novgorod as well as Podlasie sacral architecture. It is distinguished by its central interior plan and characteristic domes. The church continues the tradition of the pre-war Cathedral of the Resurrection of Christ.

The church is located on the Green Velo bicycle trail (connector 203).

A monument dedicated to the January insurgents who died here in 1863. It is located on a small hill called "Szubienica" (Gallows) due to the execution of 11 insurgents here. The monument was erected in 1989 thanks to the efforts of the Society of Friends of Choroszcz. Its author is the visual artist Wojciech Załęski, who is a passionate historian (an invaluable expert on the history and culture of the Supraska region). The main performer of this work is Mieczysław Hulewicz, an artist-blacksmith from Czarna Wieś Kościelna, who is one of the most active blacksmiths in Podlasie, combining the traditions of folk and artistic blacksmithing.

Next to it we can see 11 symbolic crosses and boards with the names of fallen insurgents (from the local parish) and others who participated in the fights. At the foot of the slope you see the emblem of insurgent and doze next to the fireplace.

Very good landmark + place to rest on hot days. Very close to the broken bridge in Kruszewo, footbridges Śliwno-Waniewo or JAZ on the Narew

A large recreational area with shelters, a fireplace and a barbecue. There are also toilets here.
There are plenty of parking spaces, I often see campers parked there.
Unfortunately, it can be quite windy there and only one shelter provides protection against the wind from the Narew River.

The Green Velo route should be re-planned in the Narew NP area. Crossing the Narew is a highlight of the tour. But, bear in mind that the hand ferries are very low and you have to take off your luggage for each short section, then pack it up again, drive 100 m and take it off again. Almost impossible with an e-bike, then it's better to skip the crossing!!!
Poor signage in this area!
