To the railway path in perfect weather. Then back and over the mountain to Schmidsfelden. I got there via a detour. Photos are here.

Trekking bike tour largely on secondary roads from Isny via Hengelesweiher, Weitnau, the former "Isnybahn" line, Eschacher Weiher, Eschach, Gletscheralp, Kreuzles Höhe, Kreutztal, the glassblowing village of Schmidsfelden, and Friesenhofen.

Really beautiful trails, especially from Weitnau to Kreuztal. A fantastic stretch of trail high up on the ridge from the European Watershed to Kreuztal.
