The way there through the Elbe meadows was nice to walk. Apart from a never-ending section between the dike and the forest, it was a nice tour overall 👍🏻

A lovely hike following hinrich.heine's tip. UNESCO Biosphere Reserve. Absolute silence, lots of birds, three beavers, swans, herons. Eight dogs and five people. A fantastic end to the day at the Herr Biber castle café in Bleckede. Tastefully decorated, the castle itself beautifully renovated. Inside is the Biosphere Reserve, which I'll visit sometime.
