Our hike begins in front of the train station in Naila, where we head north for 200 meters. There, our path splits. We walk straight along the Selbitz River and briefly follow the road, which we immediately leave at Froschgrüner Park and enter the small park.

We didn't encounter the wild man from the Naila coat of arms, but we did see plenty of forest, just like it used to be everywhere in the Franconian Forest 😢
