Recreational loop after an intensive work week in Ebersdorf.
Via the Wetzsteinbruch to the Wetzsteinmacher Weg to Lauenstein.
The loop has some double-digit ascents via forest highways and beautiful single trails to Springelhof, to Lauenstein and back home to Ebersdorf.
No speed records, but a lot of fun 🤟 😊

After the technically demanding tour on the Nahe, we went to the Rheingau today, so up to the Rheinhöhenweg.
The ascents were moderate and rarely over 10%, so we managed to get up well in today's temperatures.
