Carretera de Morrell to Muro

Highlight • Cycleway

The Carretera de Morrell is a great road to and from Muro - good surface for racing bikes and almost no traffic (neither cars nor many cyclists) is definitely on my agenda

Torrent de na Borges Variant Road

Highlight • Cycleway

The road is now new and you save the descent and the ascent on the main road. But you cycle here pretty much car-free.

Orange Valley

Highlight (Segment) • Natural

Beautiful section. Racers are rather wrong here, you have to enjoy this part. There are few oranges in the valley, at least they are well hidden.

At the top of the mountain, the 7m high statue of Christ stands proudly on a 37m high tower. It was donated by a wealthy Mallorcan and was inaugurated in 1934.
The spacious car park offers plenty of parking.

The MA-14 between Felanitx and Manacor is very busy and, contrary to what the Street View recordings suggest, is very rough and the asphalt is crumbly. Hardly recommended for racing cyclists.
