Before the trail running seminar in Almtal, I did a short hike up the Ameisstein. I would classify the tour as moderately difficult, as it is quite steep uphill over root-filled forest floor. In many tour descriptions I read "easy", which I would not agree with. In any case, it was a beautiful hike with a great view.
