A beautiful viewpoint with a magnificent panoramic view of the Haller Mauern, Totes Gebirge, Reichraminger Hinterberge, and, in good weather, much further afield... The climb is also worthwhile. Even during the ascent, first across alpine meadows and then along a narrow path, there are always beautiful views.

A pleasant section through sparse mountain pine forest, pleasantly airy and with repeated great views of the karstified Dachstein landscape.

From here, you'll enjoy a fantastic view of the Spinnerin, a subsidiary peak of the Schafberg. The steep, towering rock face immediately catches your eye. There's no summit cross here—only loose stones mark the highest point.
