I can't recommend this route. It's 42km and takes 3 hours. Shortcuts aren't good; it's better to drive 50m longer. The 2km stretch on a 20cm wide path along the dike with a view of the lake isn't worth it either. You'd be too focused on the path. Otherwise, you'd fall.

The weather is good again and so the bike tour around Lake Hohennauen was started today. In some places the water is over the edge and you can't exactly take the sea route in parts. Great area here and lots of wild geese everywhere. It's a nice tour around the lake.
