The bike path along the Nagold River is a great way to slow down. The scenery is beautiful. The highlight for me today was Hirsau Monastery.

A wonderful vacation day, as if made for a longer bike ride‼ ️
Today we went from Nagold via Calw, Hirsau and Bad Liebenzell to Pforzheim - always along the Nagold 🏞🌲
The weather was perfect, pleasantly warm, but not too hot ☀️😎 beautiful bike paths, great little towns with beautiful buildings 🏰⛪️ and delicious food and hot ☕️ and …

Today we started the first leg of our tour along the Nagold, Enz, and Neckar rivers. A great route today, on the best asphalt, through the beautiful Nagold Valley. The weather was also quite decent. Near Bad Liebenzell, it started to rain lightly, prompting us to take a forced break at the bakery for coffee, cocoa, and pastries. Delicious.

Today it was a relaxed tour, i.e. not so many meters in altitude and quite cool throughout the morning through the shady Nagoldtal on very good cycle paths. 2nd coffee was in Calw and lunch in Dennjacht in the Adler beer garden can be recommended.

Carpe Diem: "Pick the Day"

often also translated as "seize the day" or "seize the day".

This title was stolen from a campsite on the Nagoldtal cycle path between Nagold and Pforzheim.
We actually did that and "picked" the nice weather and the wonderful bike path along the river.

Hello everyone 🙋‍♀️

This 🚴‍♂️tour has been on the cards for a long time. Originally, it was planned to start from the Nagoldquelle. However, it's not that easy to get to Urnagold with the 🚂🚍 public transport. So, I decided to drive from Nagold instead. That also ended up costing me the whole morning before I could finally set off.

Today's tour took us from Nagold along the river to Pforzheim. Behind Calw, however, we were surprised by the rain ☔️, so we couldn't take off our rain gear until Mühlacker.

The Enz cycle path was nice: but the Nagold cycle path is fantastically beautiful, mostly in the shade of trees, almost only in the most beautiful nature or very nice little towns. We took a shortcut via Rotfelden and Ebershardt and didn't visit the town of Nagold. The highly acclaimed Altensteig is quite nice, but pretty "dead". And consists almost …
