A very nice tour from the Salzbach car park into the Gaistal valley to the Seebensee. Along the way, you can take a few small detours to visit some alpine pastures or see the Ganghofer House. The Gaistal, Canada in the middle of Europe...great views of the Wetterstein, the Hohe Munde and then the Zugspitz massif. The way to the Seebensee is difficult because of many pedestrians who arrive via the Ehrwalder Alm with the cable car, but it's still worth it!
