A so-called "Russ" (white beer with soda) is recommended here after strenuous hike.

Descent possible with the cable car to Ehrwald. For me it was the turning point of the hike. Good hut with a large sun terrace.
Due to the proximity to the cable car mountain station it is also well visited.

In addition to the unique landscape, the huts in our hiking and mountain biking region may be the most important part of the tour. At a snack in one of the many rustic huts, resting is just so much fun. When walking the shortest way from the mountain station of the Ehrwalder Almbahn is indicated. Please note: you are in alpine terrain. Most of the tours require mountaineering equipment, a head for heights, surefootedness and a corresponding condition! Great for pausing or for an ascent / descent with overnight stay. Price / performance ok, nice staff, overnight prices as everywhere. Washrooms are fine. Food is solid, but no star cuisine. Well filled in the season.
