Dark and rainy evening run-walk-run. Happy to finally start structured training again after 2 months of freestyling after the Ironman 70.3.

Can't wait for all those workouts in the darkness and to build disciple to get out there no matter the weather.

There are still 2 1/2 months left to kick ass this year! 🚀💯
