The easy trail literally "sticks" to the steep valley slopes, even leading along a kind of wooden balcony. Of course, this also results in beautiful deep views of the valley and in particular of the Fernsteinsee.

October 31, 2022,Lermoos über Fernpass zum Fernsteinsee , zurück über Blindsee und Blindsee Trail …. was für ein Monster
It was planned for a long time......
Now finally driven, at the beginning cold strong wind on the north side of the Fernpass. Was a tough opponent. South of the Fernpass Trsum-like weather. Departure to Fernsteinsee couldn't be better. Shit, I have to go back this way. (The long, tough driveway was pretty annoying) 😉 Extremely fast to the Blindsee. …

A small stopover on the return journey from Lake Garda in Biberwier offered itself to explore the "Tiroler Zugspitz Arena" a little.
Conclusion: An absolutely fantastic area! I would very much like to go there again soon 😉

Unlike last year, we didn't go up the Fernpass directly on the Roman road (a very bad idea with a bike), but on the road. Lots of rubble, some pushing, but that's just how it is with luggage and the fact that I'm from the flatlands of Tyrol. 😀 In Nassereith we were rewarded with a delicious wheat beer.
