Technically less demanding tour.
Kraxeltouren are sometimes steep and sloping
Surefootedness an advantage.
80% of the climb is in the shade and steep.
Loose ground, few flat spots.
The 4 hours on the signpost are generous and not to be smiled at for inexperienced hikers

Great day with great weather 😍

A tough thing in the Glarus region, but nothing special. 😜
Still a great tour. The exertion of the climb is easily made up for by a fantastic panorama and terrifying views down below.

Wow, the Glärnisch really surprised me. Even the normal route is extremely beautiful and very varied.

So I'm almost thinking that I'll make it my summer project this year, to explore all the paths to the pride of the Glarus people.

If the normal route is so beautiful, how great must the unofficial routes be? 😁
