Today we drove to Kahla. From the station it went slightly uphill through a long valley to Seitenbrück and from there with beautiful, wide views of Seitenroda and the Leuchtenburg. We didn't feel like going to the museum, but the cafe in the museum shop wasn't bad either. The descent on the official trail was quite steep and slippery.
