Easy-to-ride bike paths along the dike with magnificent views of the Elbe and the Elbe floodplains.
Some particularly beautiful half-timbered houses on the landward side.
I didn't like the return journey, with a lot of road and a forest path with rough gravel.

Yes, it was really nice here!!!
At the end we drove the aborted tour from the first day - great 👍
For me the final highlight was the Dömitz railway bridge, I was looking forward to it the whole holiday! 🙂

The first half was a tailwind, the second half, of course, with a headwind, then some support.
Several rain showers. No rest stops on the way back☹️

On the eastern side you cycle long stretches on the dike, on the western side you cycle a lot through forests and on cycle paths on roads with little traffic.
But the route is easy to cycle on both sides.
