We hiked a short but pleasant route today. We parked and started the tour in Heiligenhaus Isenbügel, near Charlottenhof, not far from Kettwig, south of Essen. There, the Laupendahler Höhe leads down to the Rinderbach stream, past countless viewpoints, farms, a juice press, lush meadows, beautiful forests, and much more.

The starting point of the tour is the Laupendahler Höhe / Essen Kettwig in the immediate vicinity of a bus stop.

The path leads through woods and fields to the Rinderbach, which we then come across again and again.
