And the gut... The plan was for a beautiful 70 km bike ride, but the weather didn't allow for that. So instead, we had a 16.5 km walk around Lake Ukiel. It was tough in the rain. The route was mostly cycling and running (the Olsztyn Half Marathon happened to be taking place that day). I applauded the runners who …
