Well, I actually wanted to go for a nice hike in the Parco Regionale della Maremma today, but unfortunately, dogs aren't allowed there, even on a leash. So I quickly changed my plans and ended up in the Diaccia Botrona nature reserve instead. How lucky, because that's how I got to know one of Tuscany's most important bird sanctuaries.
