Today was a rest day on the agenda, and we visited the beautiful upper Isar valley. We drove along dreamlike toll roads to the Engalm parking lot, where we first enjoyed a snack. Afterwards, we hiked to the rustic Binsalm as the rain began to set in. Fortunately, the rain had stopped again for the way back,

Today we took the bus to Eng via the panoramic route.

In Eng, we climbed the mountain trail to Binsklam. It was truly an experience. The trail took a lot of energy.
But the panorama was absolutely amazing and totally worth it.
The route isn't long, but it has quite a lot of elevation gain. More than 500 meters.
