Alpine Flora at Piz da Peres

Highlight • Natural

Due to the heavy rainfall recently, the descent has been "washed away". Descent has been reshaped by walkers but is a lot of loose stones which makes it dangerous. Walk very quietly and with care, sticks could make it safer.

The ascent leads steeply through the forest, partly over rugged root paths. Then through a huge scree field with sometimes extremely fine gravel, very slippery and really difficult to walk. Pretty far up another notch
Due to the glow of the headlamp, the entire dimension …

Beautiful via ferrata. 2 crevices are crossed with a rope. The ascent to the via ferrata via path 12b is quite steep and exhausting. The summit view is sensational. The descent via path 3 initially goes over a scree gap but then turns into a beautiful forest path.

It should be about 8.5km; I didn't have komoot to run with me on the descent. The view from the top is magnificent. But the climb is really tough and very strenuous; The descent had less to do with hiking than with mountaineering. 😊

After a short time we went on a narrow path, which initially led very steeply uphill in the forest. In the further course it …
