Very decent trails in the southwestern Alb near Balingen. Both in terms of condition and elevation.

You don't necessarily have to go to the Alps if you want a short, four-hour run. I highly recommend the trails. There were several hikers out in the early afternoon, even though it was cloudy.

P.S. Spring is still a long way off.
