I wouldn't drink the water

Mount Ranzo is a modest peak compared to the most famous ones in Trentino. But it is still worth climbing up here to enjoy the beautiful panorama that this peak offers.

Margone is a small town in the province of Trento. Its characteristic features are the narrow streets and stone houses, which recall an ancient past.

Wonderful tour. In the beginning very easy to walk and later a little more adventurous. After reaching the there is on the way back, be careful not to change. The way is not easy to find. Behind the hut it goes downhill on a difficult to see path in the meadow.

A beautiful area that allows (if you are at the top) even longer trails without major differences in altitude at an altitude between 1800 and 2100m. Due to the sparse vegetation (meadows and mountain pine trees), one has great views of the Laghi Valley as far as Lake Garda or even the Brenta Dolomites.

At the Passo di San Giacomo you have a beautiful view over the wide meadows of the Paganella plateau. In the west, the Brenta Dolomites build up dramatically.
