Rifugio San Pietro is located in one of the most panoramic positions in Garda Trentino, overlooking an extraordinary natural balcony overlooking Lake Garda from above. Reaching it by MTB requires a nice climb – from Campi or Lake Tenno – but the effort is rewarded by a large clearing, typical Trentino cuisine and a relaxed atmosphere. Perfect for a regenerating break, even with the family, among meadows, woods and unforgettable views.

The road that climbs above the Castiol saddle seems to immerse itself in the thick woods, but as you gain altitude towards Mount Misone, Lake Garda peeps out from between the branches and bushes. Closer, the little jewel of Lake Tenno appears, with its sparkling turquoise waters.

Lake Tenno is beautifully situated just before the mountains. From the paid parking lot you have to go down a few steps, unfortunately not suitable for people with walking difficulties. When you get down there you almost have a beach feeling. Very beautiful little bays around the lake.
