In this area the railway cycle path is nice, but overall the surface is not well suited for touring cyclists. In the neighboring Bremba Valley the cycle path is much better.

The cycle path along the Serio is worth it. Sometimes convoluted, but overall very pleasant, even for refreshment points. Much safer than the provincial road, certainly slower, but why always run?

The Mistri bivouac is located at the base of the Bear Valley, on the southern side of Mount Grem (2049 m). A refreshment service is in operation on public holidays. The winter room, which contains a table and four benches, is always open. Nearby there is a cave that contains a pool closed by a grating. A ladle, tied to the bars, allows you to reach the water to be able to quench your thirst.
