A queen of a very special rank is the great organ of the Abbey Church of Himmerod. The monastery church is worth a visit after the first 9.5 km, which lead through the forest. You can mostly walk in the shade of the trees, but you'll arrive at the church. Yesterday, there was a craft market there with interesting offerings. The monastery shop also has some lovely items (it has its own fish farm). The rest of the route follows a path along the Salm River back to Molitorsmühle. A great hike!
