View of the Nahe River from the direction of the bridge houses (landmark of KH). There are now restaurants and cafes on the bridge again, inviting visitors to linger and enjoy themselves (as of January 26th).

Martinstein is a local community in the Bad Kreuznach district in Rhineland-Palatinate. It belongs to the Nahe-Glan municipality. At 39 hectares, Martinstein is the smallest municipality in terms of area. On December 15, 1859, the Rhein-Nahe Eisenbahn-Gesellschaft (RNE) opened the section of the Nahe Valley Railway from Bad Kreuznach via Martinstein to Oberstein (today Idar-Oberstein). The 141.8 kilometer long route went into operation on May 26, 1860.

Can be easily integrated into a run around Waldböckelheim. The Heimbergturm is a 29 m high observation tower on the 302.7 m above sea level. NHN high Heimberg between Schloßböckelheim and Waldböckelheim. It was built in the spring of 2008 in the manner of a wooden framework and has a square floor plan. The cornerstones consist of 85-year-old, natural Douglas fir trunks from the Soonwald near Mengerschied and are braced crosswise with metal braces. A left-hand wooden staircase serves as the staircase, which leads over 144 steps and 15 intermediate landings to the covered viewing platform.
