The Sybergland nature reserve on the outskirts of Kerteminde is great for hiking. Look forward to wonderful nature experiences. For example, the views of the water are superb.

Here you have a beautiful view of Kertinge Nor. The vast blue expanse is wonderful in itself, but you may also spot a few animals – from eider ducks to swans to herons.

Directly from the Korshavn hiking parking lot, you'll be treated to stunning views of the marina and the shallow Pugeso lagoon. This is where the fantastic hike to Fyns Hoved on the beautiful Kattegat begins!

The church was built of brick in the late Romanesque period, approximately between 1200 and 1250. It has been expanded and rebuilt several times over the centuries. A special feature of the church is the Rønninge Runestone, which is kept in the armory. It is the only surviving runestone from East Funen. The stone has a varied history and, among other things, was part of a bridge before finding its final home in the church. The interior of the church also features old lime paintings that were uncovered during restoration work in the 1990s. The furnishings, such as the Romanesque baptismal font and the Gothic altarpiece, date from various eras.

Fynshoved Camping was built in 1962 on the Hindsholm peninsula. The site covers 11 hectares with 230 pitches, arranged so that large open spaces exist between the rows. There are also 15 cabins and, since 2023, a new bathing jetty on the beautiful beach with clean bathing water. It is perfect for all outdoor activities and is also fantastic for, for example, SUP boarding, kayaking, kitesurfing, and windsurfing. The area also offers wonderful hiking routes in picturesque surroundings. Fynshoved is located in an arid region where rainfall is 25% less than the rest of the country, resulting in unique vegetation. The long stretches of coastline offer good opportunities for fishing and fossil hunting. This is an interesting natural area with hills, bays, and small islands. There is also a rich birdlife here, including little terns, green woodpeckers, and white-tailed eagles. You can observe deer, fallow deer, hares, and pheasants up close. There are bird sanctuaries and nature reserves in the surrounding area for unique nature experiences. The campsite has two playgrounds, one with rabbits and birds, and a large playground with bouncy castles and a large climbing frame. There is also a sports field for soccer and volleyball, among other activities. The campsite has two service buildings with solar heating. There is a well-stocked grocery store, a delicious grill café serving everything from homemade lobster burgers and fish platters to hot dogs and old-fashioned ice cream cones, and mini golf. Close to the coastal road lies this beautiful sandy beach with only a few rocks in this section. The bottom is also mostly sandy, making it easy to enter. The water is very clean and very shallow for a long time. You have to go out far to swim. Ideal for children and for cooling off feet and paws.

From the bench's elevated position, you have the best views, especially of the marina. A staircase leads down to the road and the restroom, and up to the nearby hiking parking lot, the shelter, and other hiking trails.
