Camp Hverringe is a genuine beach campsite. If you have your own boat, you can also moor it at the campsite. During the summer months, you can rent SUP boards and kayaks.

The Eider Duck sculpture stands at the foot of Møllebakken near the Johannes Larsen Museum. The Eider Duck was presented in connection with the royal couple's visit to Kerteminde in June 2013. It was created by John Olsen, born in 1948. He is a versatile visual artist, sculptor, graphic artist, draftsman, painter, and photographer. He is inspired, among other things, by Johannes Larsen, whom he once met in his house at Møllebakken in Kerteminde. John Olsen is therefore naturally connected to the Johannes Larsen Museum and the museum. He organized a major exhibition of John Olsen's works in May 2008, when John Olsen turned 70. The Langebro Bridge in Kerteminde connects the town of Kerteminde with the exclusive district of "Feddet." The first bridge was built in the 15th century and maintained with funds from the so-called "Brokornsafgift" (farmer's sap gift) – a tax paid by farmers and landowners from the 16 surrounding municipalities. The current bridge dates from 1956.
