Section of the road between Vipperow and Röbel, partly severe asphalt damage, but practically no traffic

The section of the Müritz Cycle Route between Vipperow and Ludorf leads through a peaceful, expansive cultural landscape on the southwest shore of Lake Müritz. Starting in Vipperow, the route mostly follows flat paths through fields and small rows of trees toward Ludorf. This section is easy to ride, with hardly any inclines, and is ideal for a relaxed tour with short breaks.

Right next to the church in Vipperow is the "Otto im Dorf" kiosk, which evolved from a former corner shop. It's an ideal stop for cyclists on the Müritz Cycle Route: 365 days a year, daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., the kiosk's vending machines serve coffee, drinks, snacks, and light meals. Easy route to drive.

The village church in Zielow, a simple half-timbered building, was built in 1833/34 on the foundations of an older, dilapidated church and stands on a fieldstone plinth above the Müritz shore. The small hall building has a flat wooden beam ceiling, simple mullioned windows, and a recessed ridge turret on the west side. Particularly noteworthy are the colorful pulpit with carved ironwork and an altarpiece from 1728 depicting Christ on the Cross. Instead of fixed pews, there are simple chairs; there is no organ, but a harmonium provides musical accompaniment. "Originally, there were two bells in the tower. The older one, from 1581, is no longer there. The younger bell was cast in 1866 in Waren (Müritz).
