Unfortunately, it is not open to the public! The Groß Gievitz manor house is a baroque manor house situated in an idyllic park. The original building probably dates from the first half of the 18th century (around 1730), while the surviving stables were built around 1700.

The estate park is idyllic, well-maintained and beautiful, dating from the first half of the 18th century. It surrounds the manor house and contributes to the picturesque atmosphere.

The inspector's house, one of the best-preserved buildings of the former estate, was built in 1756 and remodeled in 1908. The listed building still features original stucco ceilings and parts of the wood paneling.

The village church of Schloen is a charming and historic church located in the small town of Schloen in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. This church is a fine example of rural architecture and reflects the religious and cultural history of the region. Often built in the Brick Gothic or Baroque style, such village churches have witnessed much over the centuries. Today, they serve not only as places of worship but also as cultural heritage, attracting visitors and locals alike.

To the west of Torgelow Castle is the relic of a rectangular, medieval tower hill castle. Only two sections of the former moat remain. The hill extends about two meters above the moat.

This year, the path does not look anything like the photos. We wanted to cycle there - there would have been enough space, but the path is lined with meter-high nettles. The route is not recommended for walking either.

Cyclists are not welcome here. Although the cycle path runs along the edge of the site, there is a locked gate and an additional barrier.
