RUBINI PALACE The Rubini Palace was built in 1845 to the design of the architect Pier Antonio Pagnoncelli of Begamo, as a residence for the tenor Giovan Battista Rubini and his wife, the soprano Adelaide Comelli. Nowadays, the entire ground floor of the palace is dedicated to the Rubini Museum: the billiard room, which keeps the memories of the family alive; the pirate room, which houses the memories of the opera singer; the dining room and the old dining room. Stuccoes embellish the courtyard and depict the faces of famous people admired by Rubini himself.

The path adjacent to the Oglio river is very beautiful, easy and practicable by mountain bike and gravel as well as walking even with children, but be careful not to lose sight of them because the waters are close to the path.

This fascinating castle, built starting from the 12th century, once had a defensive function and housed the troops, as well as prisons and food warehouses. The garden can be visited every day, while the internal spaces are accessible on the first Sunday of the month from March to June and then from September to November.
