In 1986, Pastor Wilhelm Hösen and a small group continued the tradition of the Trier pilgrimage, which was also carried out in the parish of St. Kilian in the past (1818). Since 1997 the community has had its own pilgrim cross, erected at the highest point in Trier, designed by Karl-Josef Klaßen. In addition, the pilgrim community meets every two months for a pilgrim evening, which is thematically based on the pilgrimage or the calendar of the church year.
